Heather Heber Percy first started The County Register 18 years ago. The agency, which specialises in personal headhunting, is based in London but has clients across the UK and internationally in Europe and the USA.

of Suman Marriage Bureau

Suman Marriage Bureau is a founder member of the ABIA. Parag joined the council in 2001 following in his late father's footsteps and has led the development of the online Code of Practice as well as being responsible for the Associations presence in the South East. He is also the first point of contact for Press and Media.

Tamara Heber-Percy is Secretary of the ABIA and joined the Association in 2002. She runs The County Register and its subsidiary agency The Portfolio Connection, based in London with a satellite office in Herefordshire. She also founded Boutique hotel collection Mr & Mrs Smith

Veronica has worked in the singles industry since 1991. Previously owner/manager of Dinnermates a dinner party and events organisation, Veronica formed Singles Solutions in 1996.

Karen Mooney founded Sara Eden Introductions in September 1988 and has served as a Council member since 1989. As Vice Chairman her tasks are varied but she is essentially responsible for new applications for membership of the Association.

of Select

Alex represents Select - A Manchester based Dating Agency, which covers the Northwest. Alex is charged with the task of developing the ABIA presence throughout the Northwest of England.

of Caroline Crowther

Caroline represents Caroline Crowther agency which was established in 1994. She is a new council member for the ABIA and is development officer for the South West.

Silvano Menoni
of Initial Approach

Silvano Menoni is director of Initial Appraoch, established in 1993. His remit as Development Officer for Scotland is to develop the Association's presence in Scotland.

Patricia Warren
of The Country Bureau

Patricia Warren started The Country Bureau in the spring of 1982 and has run it until in it's 25th year. She has been a member of the ABIA since 1982 and a Council Member for many years; first as Secretary and now acts as Treasurer.
