Complaints

If you have a complaint against an agency that is a member of the ABIA, we may be able to help. If you have already complained to the Agency in question and are not satisfied with the outcome, you can use download our complaints form below and we will look into the matter for you.

Please note, though, that the ABIA will try to resolve the complaint between the client and the member agency but does not have the power to impose a solution on either party.

We will also not be able to help where the agency is not a member of the ABIA; please check our current member agencies here.
